The Platea Oche holiday home is located on the first floor of a prestigious 16th-century building. It is located in the ancient Platea Oche, which has now become Piazza dell'Oca. This pretty little square is a few meters from the main square of the village and allows tourists to take advantage of most of the city's services. The space The house, completely renovated, is located in the center of the village, 100 m from the main square and the main services. Very bright, it consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a TV, and a bedroom with a French bed. A bathroom with shower completes the setting. The kitchen is equipped with the greatest comforts: dishes, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, external clothesline, flat-screen TV and free wi-fi throughout the house. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, courtesy service including soap, shower cap and shower gel, washing machine, iron and ironing board, specific cleaning products, and household linen. In the rooms available to the customer we have a flat-screen TV and hypoallergenic pillows or in any case without feathers to ensure the right rest. There is always a power outlet next to the bed. The Antica Platea Oche offers all customers a welcome drink and a rich continental breakfast (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, croissants, biscuits, cereals, jam, chocolate spread...). Upon specific request, we have food for celiacs. You can take advantage of the free shopping service: we will make sure you have the desired food in the house to be paid for upon arrival. Guest access The house is completely available for guest use, in all its spaces. For children from 0 to 3 years old who sleep in the bed with their parents, the stay is free and they do not have to be included in the reservation; however, the number and actual age of the children must be communicated by message or email.
