There is a public parking area for cars or motorbikes close the house ina safe and quiet area. Some highlights: -Wonderful SEA-VIEW and island; -WI-FI free in the area of the apartments and garden; -Garden with patio/terrace outdoor table and chairs, deck chairs and barbecue; -2 Double beds and 2 singles; -1 baby cot available; -Fresh bath towels and hand towels provided; -Basic kitchenette with medium size refrigerator and freezer; nearby there is other 3 apartments available for family and friends, so in this way, two family could stay close during the vacation. Furthermore we are very close (10 meters) to a typical Tuscan restaurant "Da Balbo" in which you can taste all fresh and handmade plates. At each change of Guests, every room, object, curtain, furniture, furnishings and surface is sanitized by an operator equipped with COVID-19 anti-propagation PPE with vaporization of a certified Medical Surgical Device disinfectant product with fast and odorless action (reg. Ministry of Health no. 18912), in addition, an ozone machine can be used for complete environmental sanitization; 2. Everything that is provided to customers is washed and sanitized with certified Medical Surgical Device soap. 3. The check-in phase takes place with social distancing as required by Italian law; 4. The apartment is delivered to the customer completely closed and with a seal of successful sanitization at the entrance door. 5. Social distancing between the apartments is guaranteed as they all have independent access from the outside area; 6. The outdoor areas and the parking area are of adequate size to ensure social distancing; 7. Access to the jacuzzi must be agreed upon with pre-established times and advance booking (one apartment at a time) and cannot be occupied for more than 30 consecutive minutes by a family unit; the presence of chlorinated water both by the water network supplier (Fiora Spa aqueduct) and on site with sodium hypochlorite, guarantees the non-transmission of Covid-19; 8. In any case, it is the obligation of the occupants to comply with what is expressly required by Italian law – Decree Law 02/23/2020, 03/08-09-11-22/2020 no. 6, 03/25/2020 no. 19 of the President of the Republic, Prime Ministerial Decree 02/23/2020, 03/05/2020, 03/25/2020 and subsequent amendments.
