Charming Newly Renovated Historic Home

Adorable, newly renovated home from the late 1800s with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, a large kitchen/dining room, and small back deck looking out on a large back yard. The house rests on a 1/3 an acre a mile away from downtown. Includes WiFi, TV with 3 streaming options, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, and us as your neighbors. We own three houses in a row, including our own, and so if there's ever anything you need, we're next door to make you feel more at home. The space We bought this house, which is two doors down from us, about six years ago. Our sweet neighbor, Betty, had passed several years ago and the house just sat. We took the steps to buy it and then got to work. We've gutted the kitchen and bathroom, sanded floors, replaced all the windows, rewired, replumbed, and repainted the exterior. The only major thing left to do is to refinish the back deck area and shed (but we use the shed to store wood). Anyway, it's a sweet single-family home that has so much charm with the 9 foot ceilings, the old-lady wallpaper (we definitely kept that!), and yet all the functions of a modern home. Daniel installed mini-split AC units in each of the rooms and a tankless water heater. We aim to make it an energy efficient home with historic charm. We hope you enjoy our labor of love! We do all the yard work, which means we're in the yard weekly during spring-summer.
