Sunny 1 Bedroom Top Floor Apartment in L.E.S.

Come stay in my sunny apartment in the Lower East Side! It's clean, breezy and has lots of plants. The living room/kitchen area is a little small, but the bedroom is nicely sized and the bathroom is huge! The ceilings are very high, with a skylight in the living room/kitchen area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The location is great despite the closures - plenty of top rated restaurants in delivery and takeout range. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Whole Foods 2 blocks away! The space The apartment is in a classic NYC pre-war building. Very high ceilings and good light in the bedroom from South facing windows. There's a ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep things cool, as well as room darkening shades that offer complete privacy and help with sleeping in. Guest access The entire apartment will be accessible, minus a storage space in the bedroom above the closet and a cabinet in the kitchen - I use these spaces to lock my personal belongings so that they are out of your way. Other things to note Must climb stairs! The apartment is on the 6th floor, which means there are 5 flights of stairs to climb.
