The places that tourists visit the most are less than a 5-minute walk away and especially the coast (only 30 meters away), an ideal place to sunbathe, look at the sea, enjoy the beach, drink mate, fish, see unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, go for a walk or run day or night, in short, to enjoy the best of Mar del Plata being able to go to and from the building in less than a minute, with great comfort to eat, drink, shower, etc. In addition, children can play, skate, ride a bike, etc. all along the coast.
