The apartment is on the 6th floor. The space Our house is used exclusively for commercial purposes (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as an entire accommodation (i.e. no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air conditioning, etc. Linens and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning for stays of 4 nights or more is included. The design is based on an urban style with a high demand for materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, wall colors inspired by Farrow & Balls combine comfort with high quality. Guest access Our guests have access to a laundry room, where 3 dryers and 3 washing machines are available for free use (detergent is not provided, but can be purchased at the reception). Other things to note Our reception is open daily from 09:00 - 17:00. Check-in after 17:00 is easily possible with our self-check-in. Emergency contact is noted on site.
