On the 1st floor of a historical building, overlooking Via del Governo Vecchio. The loft consists of a bright living room with two large windows, a raised sleeping area with a king double bed and a large wardrobe; 1 bathroom. It has also a comfortable sofa bed and an open equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge; washer dryer .Air conditioning / TV/WiFi. The space A charming and renovated (by an architect) apartment (practically new) at your own disposal; with the latest generation of electrical household appliances. Kettle (tea boiler), toaster, lavazza espresso machine: enjoy a good italian coffee or a delicious tea with the cofee pods and tea infusions offered by us. The washer dryer is in a small side storage room ( of our property and so for your exclusive use) on the same floor close to the apartment; luggage storage allowed after check out. Guest access All the apartment is at your own disposal. Other things to note We have to inform you in advance that from 1 January 2011 with Resolution n. 38 of the Capital Assembly of 12/22/2010 a residence permit (CITY TAX) was introduced. It is a mandatory fee for non-residents, in hotels and accommodations located in the Rome Capital area. The payment is calculated for an amount equal to € 3.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 nights, and you will be requested to pay it directly to us at the beginning of your stay.
