Lovely house, private pool and a fantastic view

An old stone house, entirely renovated, built in the ancient walls of this charming gascon village. A garden and a large swimming pool (12x6 m) with salted water and a fantastic view on the surrounding countryside. The village of La Sauvetat is 12 km from Fleurance, 15 km from Lectoure and 60 km from Marciac. The space In August there is the Astronomy Festival in Fleurance (August 7 to 13th 2021), and the Jazz festival in Marciac in july 2021. You are near Lectoure, where there is always lots going on. In the village, there is a small grocer’s shop, tennis and pétanque courts and lovely gascon people. Like I do, you will appreciate the quietness and easy living of this place. In summer, the house stays cool due to the thickness of the stone walls. The swimming pool is great and is such a calm, private and not overlooked.
