Tucked in the corner of the development is Choca, a welcoming and sunny cottage with a sheltered patio garden. With comfortable two bedroom accommodation and open plan living area, enjoying a lovely bright atmosphere throughout the cottage, Choca provides all you need for a break away near the sea. INSIDE SPACE... On the ground floor of the cottage there is a spacious open plan living area; with kitchen and dining space to one side, comfortable sofas in the lounge area to the other side, and a calming theme throughout. Corner stairs lead up to the first floor where you can find a great sized master room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds and a neatly positioned shower room in the middle. OUTSIDE SPACE... In addition to the communal courtyard areas, Choca has a private patio garden tucked in the south corner where you can enjoy the rays in your own secluded spot. Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note PARKING... There is allocated parking for two vehicles adjacent to the rear patio. EV CHARGING... Charging electric vehicles is not permitted at Choca. LINEN... Linen is provided but not towels, please bring these with you. ACCESS... Parking spaces on gravel, 2 steps down to patio, gravel path to rear door entry. Remaining ground floor accommodation is level. One full flight of stairs up to the first floor where accommodation is then level.
