For ladys caring items, please go to the nearest convenient store. ■ Before your stay 1. We offer free parking, with one spot available per booking. 2. The room has a private bathroom exclusive for your use. Guest access ■CHECK-IN As mandated by the Japanese government, foreign nationals without a Japanese address are required to provide guests information. ① Information of registered guests should be necessarily submitted. Please submit guest information via a URL that we send you after booking and make sure you have completed submission before check-in. ② Guest identity verification via video call is required. We kindly ask all guests to complete an identity verification process, which includes a video call. A tablet for check-in is located on the first floor of the building. After your booking, we will send you the check-in information. ③The place for receiving the key is located on the first floor of the building. You will get informed of the PIN code for receiving the key after the check-in process. Other things to note ■Things that we would like you to take notice of upon your stay 1. This is a self-service property with no on-site staff. 2. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via text or call. 3. We provide support in Japanese and English. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. (Including balcony and shared areas) 5. Please separate trash to burnable and unburnable and keep them in your rooms. (If you would like them taken care of, please leave them outside of your room and send us a message.) 6. The following actions are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from those acts listed below.If any of those acts are committed, we will report to the police immediately. Pets. Hair-dye. Illegal drugs. Partying. Having non-registered guests over. 6. It is not allowed to bring any items in the room out, including bath towels and face towels. If you bring bath towels back home, we will charge you 1,000 yen ($10) per towel, and if you bring face towels, you will be charged 300 yen ($3) per towel. 7.
