Beautiful and large mansion in the heart of the village of Tintigny in the Gaume region, ideal for family reunions or gatherings with friends. Although the garden and surroundings are still partly to be renovated, you will already be able to enjoy a large terrace at the rear of the house that overlooks a large fenced garden and offers you a beautiful view of the surrounding nature reserve of the Semois. A carport accommodates 4 to 6 cars. Possibility to rent the linen. The space The house was built in 1930 and the style was maintained during the renovation works. The ground floor receives up to 15 people in an open kitchen and a long dining table. The former dining room is now a room with a table tennis, table football and board games. In the lounge you will find a television set and the heat comes from a pellet stove. The renovated bathrooms on the floors are common to the six bedrooms. Bed sheets and bath towels are not provided. These can be ordered in advance at the following rates: pack double=12 € - pack single=10 € - pack hand towels (1 large, 1 medium + flannel) = 8 €, pack hand towels (1 medium + flannel) = 5 €. Please contact us. Otherwise, please provide sheets for 8 beds of 90 to 200 and for 1 bed of 140 to 200 and for 3 beds of 160 * 200. If desired, a foldable travel cot for babies is available. In the garden a BBQ for charcoal is provided. You will find a garden table and chairs. 80% of the rent goes on the property, 10% on the furniture. Departure (11h) and Arrival (17h) is smooth on demand every day except Monday. Guest access At the front of the house, a large parking area is being developed and a carport for 4 cars is available. A total of 6 to 8 cars can be parked there, provided that arrangements are made for departures. Other things to note The house can be rented for a period of 2 days during the weekends or in the week for a period of 3 days. For other periods, please do not hesitate to ask us for your proposal.
