Located in an upscale neighborhood close to clubs. The flat is 30 m2 and is a few meters from the Tayo Hotel, SESC, Privé, Riviera and Water Park. There are 3 swimming pools with hot and cold water, 2 hot tubs, a sauna (due to COVID the sauna is closed) and a Jacuzzi. The water park is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is not allowed to take food and drinks to the leisure area. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The garage is rotating. The space The kitchen is American-style, combined with the living room, in it we have 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, 1 sandwich maker, 1 table with 4 chairs, 4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 forks, 4 knives and 4 spoons for a basic meal. We do not have pots and cooking is not allowed, but we do provide a thermos and coffee-making utensils. Bring the coffee of your choice. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a small wardrobe, luggage rack, iron, flat-screen TV with open channels, cable TV, air-conditioning and blackout curtains. In the living room, we have a sofa bed, a fan, a flat-screen TV with open channels, pay-TV and a blackout curtain. We have a hairdryer and retractable clothesline in the bathroom. Guest access The guest can use all common areas of the building, such as swimming pools, sauna and Jacuzzi. Other things to note Before the COVID-19 pandemic, cleaning was one of our biggest concerns. Now, disinfecting the site has become our top priority. We are using hospital-grade industrial products. At the end of the stay, we will leave the apartment closed for 24 hours for cleaning and disinfection. The flat is small, about 30 m2, but very cozy. Everything is brand new and made with great care. We have 24-hour reception, bar and cafeteria service. Free Wi-Fi. We have a carbon monoxide and cigarette detector. Your pet is very welcome!!!! It will be able to circulate in the common areas of the building if it does not pose a risk. ❤️ If you want to surprise your loved one with fruit, champagne and wine or any other requirement, we will do it for you by prior arrangement. We provide a sheet, towel and soap at an additional cost. But if you prefer to sleep in luxurious 1,000-thread Buettner bed linens, use Egyptian cotton towels with lace, Provanza or L'Occitane soap and MMartam comforter, we can arrange this in advance!!! 😘
