The space The apartment is located in the residential area of San Terenzo in a modern building with an elevator (it goes up to the 4th floor, then you have to climb a ramp up to the attic). The municipal beach is 500 meters away. Bright attic is 35 square meters. In the living area: double sofa bed with a comfortable 21 cm high memory foam mattress, TV, 6-seater dining table, 2 single beds, wardrobe, new air conditioner. Kitchen area: induction stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, 6-cup mocha and all the necessary utensils + cleaning detergents. In the bathroom: sitting tub. Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, clothes rack, and hairdryer. Bath and bed linens are available upon request. Independent gas heating. Due to the architecture of the attic itself, the ceiling is quite low in many places. If you need a crib or high chair, please let us know in advance.
