Natchez Manor – Franklin Suite

Franklin Suite boast huge windows, four post bed, large antique wardrobe, private bath with large tub and small kitchenette. One of the largest rooms at the Natchez Manor, it's perfect for a long stay. This king room has modern amenities such as smart TVs & free wifi. Full access to our rooftop deck with sectionals, fire pit, music and yard games. Hot breakfast every morning from our staff. Think of the Natchez Manor as a big 14 bedroom house. We want you to feel at home. The space Franklin Street Suite has been newly decorated in Winter 2025. The amenities of the room have been upgraded to custom artwork on the newly blue walls, kitchenette includes a new bar with barstools, sitting chairs and new 55" TV. We have also added a twin size murphy cabinet for the groups of 3 we host. Photos will be uploaded soon. King size bed is still as comfy as always and big bathroom with deep tub is still inviting. Kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cabinets. Guest access You will be given a front door code for building access and a key for your room. You are welcome to enjoy the rooftop deck and basement living room anytime you would like. During your stay Our guests may have a flexible check in with front door code & directions to their room or they may meet our Ms Rose for check in (determined by time of arrival). Once they are checked in we have a thorough welcome book for building references or they are always welcome to call Ms Rose or the main line for Emily. We will be there for any questions. Otherwise, we trust our guests to enjoy themselves while being gentle their room and the building. For more towels, coffee pods etc, the ladies will assist you during breakfast when they serve you a hot southern breakfast.
