Located in a quiet area, facing the Loing Canal and the Scandibérique cycle route, it is ideal for unwinding, strolling by the water, or going for a bike ride. Free parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and all the comforts you need. Montargis station 10 min away, Paris 1 hour 15 minutes away. 🌺 The space 🍽️ The fully equipped kitchen, with a filter coffee maker, opens onto the living room so you can fully enjoy your time with family or friends. 🛏️ For sleeping, you will have a master bedroom located on the ground floor and a second bedroom upstairs, equipped with two single beds. 🚿 The shower room, also located upstairs, includes a shower and a toilet. 🌿 Linens and towels are provided for your comfort. No travel cots are available for toddlers. We thank you for leaving the accommodation clean and tidy when you check out, so that the next guests can also enjoy it in the best possible conditions. A basket is available for used linen, as well as cleaning supplies. Guest access You will have access to the entire home as well as 2 parking spaces. Located opposite the Canal du Loing, it is only 700 meters from downtown Cepoy and its shops. Other things to note 🌿 The accommodation is located in a particularly quiet and relaxing environment, ideal for making the most of your stay. 🚗 A free parking space is available in front of the accommodation. 🚌 Cepoy is served by bus line No. 2, which takes you to Montargis Station.
