Lovingly remodeled mid-century cabin with tons of amenities in prime Sunriver near SHARC/Village. The Nest on Little Court The open concept living area has a fully stocked kitchen with quality kitchenware and dining for 8, opening to an expansive wrap-around deck as big as the house with seating for 12, gas bbq, loungers and built-in bench seating. In the living room you’ll find a lava rock wood burning fireplace (hard to find in Sunriver but ours is grandfathered in, with lots of firewood provided), large smart TV with a prime YouTube TV package, lots of games/puzzles and a cozy retro papasan chair to snuggle up by the fire. The large main bedroom has:  a king bed with a new memory foam mattress and quality linens and towels  a separate work space and sofa that folds out to a twin bed, perfect for younger kids  a small private bath (shower, not bathtub)  a flatscreen smart TV with prime YouTube TV package, headphone compatible if you're a late night watcher and your partner isn't!  sliders leading out to a private deck with loungers and access to the private hot tub  small touches like wall hubs for iphone charging The charming guest room has a queen bed with memory foam mattress topper and was designed to remind us of our years living in Asia. We crafted the bunk room especially for kids with a vintage bunk bed set, pack n play, high chair, umbrella stroller, and a "kids corner" with toys and books to keep kids happy. Both the small guest room and bunk room have easy access to the remodeled hall bathroom with tub and shower. A laundry closet has a full sized washer and dryer. WIFI throughout. Last but not least – the clubhouse! A newly built insulated garage/game room has ping pong, foosball (on wheels for tournaments in the driveway over the summer!), 6 bikes of varying sizes, a (well loved) Burley bike trailer for the little ones, and lots of supplies guests can use – kayaks (2 adult, 2 kids), snow sleds, coolers, pickleball paddles, lawn games, picnic blankets, inner tubes, balls…you get the idea. We've blinged out the clubhouse with fairy lights and a fun vibe since that's kid's central. (Note there is strictly no sleeping allowed in the clubhouse.) An adjustable basketball hoop in the driveway completes the family fun. We've worked hard to make The Nest on Little Court the ultimate family destination and would love to host your family for an epic Central Oregon vacation. Please note occupancy limits are strictly enforced and the maximum adult occupancy is 6 (sofa bed in main bedroom is intended for kids). And no pets allowed, (unfortunately) no exceptions. Guests have access to the entire house, yard and "clubhouse" except for certain closets locked off for owner and cleaning company's storage. We don't live in Sunriver, but are available 24/7 via the Airbnb app. We also have a network of local resources should the need arise. Note that while the legal addresses in Sunriver say "Bend", Sunriver is about 20 minutes south of Bend. The cabin is just up the hill from SHARC and less than a mile from the village. Park your car and walk/bike to the brew pub for dinner, Sunriver Lodge...or pretty much anywhere in Sunriver. We have intentionally fitted The Nest with all the things we've appreciated in homes we've rented all over the world through the years. We want guests to enjoy these amenities, but please understand that bikes, kayaks, children's gear like high chairs, strollers and pack n play and other equipment or supplies provided for guests' convenience should be returned where found in original condition to avoid an extra cleaning fee. These items are to be used at guests' own risk and owner is not liable for any harm or damage resulting from such use. 8 SHARC passes are included for guests. Please note a $100 fee is applied for any guest pass lost during a guest's stay. Certain activities and resort amenities at Sunriver may be closed or have restricted operating hours because of COVID-19. We are taking extra care to minimize risk of transmission between guests during COVID-19, like taking extra care to disinfect the home and paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
