La Posada, a country house in Terra Alta and Matarraña The Posada de Caseres is located at Calle Major, 10 in Caseres. It is named after the house that used to house people who traveled or were passing through, where they could sleep, rest and eat. The Posada was built in 1928, the house has been restored adapting it to current comforts, preserving the entire structure and original charm. The space Features and amenities of Casa Rural La Posada The house has three floors: The ground floor: there is a large entrance with the staircase that leads to the first floor. Under the staircase there is a barn that was used when there were horses, there is a space that is where the stables used to be and that we now use to store dry firewood, it also serves our customers to store bicycles or other items they bring for their holidays. At the back is the coolest part of the house, the cellar, where we keep our oldest wine in oak barrels. The first floor consists of a dining room; the living room with sofas and a wood stove; the kitchen is fully equipped, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor stands out for the slope of its roof, it consists of the connected triple room: divided into a double suite and a room with a single bed (+ an additional one), it has a full bathroom with shower, a cleaning room: equipped with the washing machine, the iron and an outdoor terrace.
