Guest suite in Victoria

Welcome to Victoria! Sea Breeze suite is a short stroll to Cordova Bay’s sandy beach and the famous Matticks Farm.. The suite is clean and comfortable and is located in the heart of Cordova Bay which offers many activities for the outdoor enthusiasts. Golfing, cycling, beach combing are some of the activities you will find here. Cordova Bay is between downtown Victoria and the Victoria Airport/Sidney. A young family lives upstairs. Small dog may be considered. The space We have a gate on the driveway that opens with a push of the button. A 5 minute stroll to Cordova Bay beach. And a short walk to the “Haro” and Mattick’s Farm. We are located between Victoria and Sidney and about a 15 minute drive to the world famous Butchard Gardens. No smoking, vaping or partying in the suite or on the property. Guest access Quick check in. Door code provided the day before check in. Other things to note There is a young family that lives upstairs and are early risers. (7 a.m.) You may hear some footsteps from the toddler living there. Quiet time for them is 7 p.m.
