Is located in the scenic area of Marathokampos, a village idyllically positioned in a peaceful full of trees hill in a green enviroment, just 4 km from the sea. With its relaxed welcoming atmosphere offers fantastic views over the villages, the hills and the nearby sea. Offers you a settle to prepare your activities during your holidays in all seasons of the year. It is 90 sqm in 3 floors.On the ground floor there is the living area, dining table- chairs and with pretty sofas. There is also a full-equipped kitchen, fridge and oven; the 2nd floor composed by bedroom, a small sitting room and the bathroom (In this floor you will also find the washing machine) and the 3rd floor is the amazing attic . There are two entrances to the house , the first to the kitchen and the second at the second floor where is the bedroom. Excellent for Family vacations. Guest access The house has 3 levels that communicate with internal wooden stairs. There are 2 entrances, one on the first level and the other on the second. The third level, which is the attic, with 3 single beds, has a central height of 165 cm. Other things to note The house is located in the village of Marathokampos where the visitor has access to a supermarket, bakery and restaurants by taking a pleasant short walk, among stone-built traditional streets.
