An ideal location for nature-lovers and adventurers alike, Moab sits near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. NOTE: This location is not in town. It is about 5 miles south of town. The space LIVING SPACES The sumptuous living room is decorated in soothing shades of gray and blue, with perfectly complementary decor. You’ll look forward to coming home after a long day of fun and exploration to relax on the plush sofas, take in your grand surroundings, and discuss the next day’s activities over a cold drink and yummy snack. On evenings in, gather the family around the 65” HDTV and stream your favorite show or movie with Amazon Prime Video, standard cable, Hulu, or Netflix. We offer them all! KITCHEN AND DINING Our elegant kitchen will tempt even the most reluctant chef! Fully equipped with rich cherrywood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, generous granite countertops, someone will claim this space quickly. And before you know it, tempting aromas will be wafting through the entire home. The Blendtec blender makes it easy to whip up a batch of margaritas for dinner or fruity smoothies for breakfast. BEDROOMS AND BATHS The master suite offers a Tuft and Needle king-size bed and black out curtains for a restful night's sleep. The lucky couple here will also enjoy a private balcony with stunning views, a 50” Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower. Each of the two additional bedrooms offers queen-size Tuft and Needle beds, 40” Smart TVs, dressers, nightstands, and beautiful views! These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. A convenient half bath is downstairs. We also provide a washer and dryer for our guests' convenience. And don’t forget the two-car garage! OUTDOOR AMENITIES Bring your morning coffee or after-dinner drink outside to enjoy the views from your private furnished patio, complete with a gas grill. As part of the Rio Vista resort, guests have access to all resort amenities, including a seasonal pool and hot tub, tennis court, and playground. Because this is a seasonal property, it is unoccupied for a portion of the year. There is one unmonitored exterior security camera pointed on the driveway so I can know when I need to have snow removed. There are no security cameras inside the condo. Guest access Entire house, garage, shared pool and hot tub, tennis/ basket ball courts, pavilion and playground area. Other things to note Hot tub and pool are open seasonally. Hot tub is closed Jan 1 to mid February. Pool is closed mid October-Easter weekend.
