Villa Giuanne, families, Arenzano

A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van. The space The delicate tones and Provencal dècor, give our rooms relaxing atmosphere, making it a real oasis of peace. The villa is deeped in the greenery and it's equipped with mosquito nets to prevent the entry of mosquitoes and insects. Guest access The villa is on three floors. The ground floor with large kitchen with direct access to the garden and dining room. From kitchen and dining room there is the access through the wooden sliding door to a large double room with private bathroom and direct access with patio doors onto the garden veranda. The top floor, high sloping ceilings, consists of large 1 bedroom with a double bed, two singles and cot plus 1 smaller bright bedroom with two single beds (or one double) . The modern bathroom is very spacious and is located between the two rooms. Bookings for more than 9 persons, we will be prepared for the stay a quadruple room with private bathroom and access to a private terrace on the lower floor of the house. All guests can take advantage of outdoor spaces in the garden and solarium. Guests have access to the barbecue grill and the outdoor wood-oven. After each use, the grids and utensils arranged for the grill-barbecue area must be carefully cleaned. Wood for the barbecue and the oven will be made available at the entrance. Once finished we kindly ask to the guest to arrange for the purchase independently. Therefore it is requested that guests do not use, without hosts approval, the wood stored in areas outside the house. For the children there is a play area dedicated. For pets do not miss the space and are welcome! Other things to note CHECK-IN: check-in time is between 17.00 pm - 21.00 pm. After-hours check-in is in no way guaranteed and the management reserves the right to apply a cost of € 75.00. CHECK-OUT: The check-out time is mandatory before 11.00 am. TOURIST TAX: The Municipality of Arenzano set up tourist tax, with Municipal Council decision n.6/2018. The tax will be applied to overnight accomodation of non-resident guests in Arenzano, up to five nights in a row, from 1st April to 31th October. The tax rate of this tourist accomodation is Euro 1,00 per person per night, between 12 to 65 years age.
