Embrace simplicity, peaceful and centrally-located place. A super comfortable and equipped open concept apartment, with a very well-kept and renovated interior in the historic center. Space worked with great zeal to be able to welcome you in the best way. A special getaway so you can recharge after a day of sightseeing or simply and to rest over the weekend, with a pleasant mountain climate. The space We are located right in the historic center of the city, in a neighborhood full of the culture and history of our people. You can experience one of the best places to visit the city, and if you prefer it can be done on foot, experiencing every nook and cranny. A large and renovated cozy apartment, very well ventilated, illuminated and equipped. Its façade is in the Baroque style, with a handmade window, where you can have a coffee in the late afternoon while enjoying the view, and even on colder days, admire the mist with the typical air of the city. A spacious apartment of around 40m2, with a bedroom, kitchen and living room in the same loft-style environment. We have a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, a space with a table and chairs, which can serve as a support for work, an entrance space, a place to store your bags, a rack to organize your belongings, and a comfortable bed facing the TV with access to Netflix. The separate bathroom has a very nice shower, as well as a sink with a granite countertop for support. Guest access We are in the Antônio Dias Neighborhood, in a region rich in culture, a few steps from Casa do Aleijadinho, the Church of Conceição and the attached Aleijadinho museum, as well as some underground mines and the Marília de Dirceu square. Nearby we have a market, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, mini supermarkets and other types of services. We are just 500 meters from Tiradentes Square, the heart of Ouro Preto. We remind you that Ouro Preto is a city nestled in the mountains, famous for its hillsides with soapstone, so we advise you to bring sneakers so that you can walk comfortably and safely. We have parking available that is not connected to the house, 25 meters from the house, a garage space with a wall and a gate with a lock, easy to access. Other things to note We want you to feel comfortable and make the most of your stay. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all and serve them on readiness, we ask that all conversations be held on the inside of the platform. Thus, our team will respond as soon as possible. 1. Check-in and Check-out: Our check-in starts at 3pm. If you want to arrive a little earlier, we can see the availability, but there is a small fee, ok? The check-out is until 11:00, and if you want to sleep a little more, just combine with us the possibility of an extended check-out (subject to the fee as well). 2. Guarding Bags: We don't have room to store bags. 3. Organization and Cleaning: We ask that, before you leave, give a general in the house, wash the dishes and put everything in order. We will take care of this little corner as if it were our home, combined? 4. Quiet Hours: To ensure that everyone can rest well, the quiet hours go from 22:00 to 08:00. A quiet environment is always more delicious, right? 5. Visits: We love to welcome you, but unfortunately we do not allow extra visits during the stay. The house is for registered guests only. 6. Number of Guests: Please make sure the number of guests is correct on the reservation. If we have more people than agreed, there will be an additional fee and a fine. If this occurs, the house is exempt from providing linen. 7. Pets: We know that pets are part of the family, but we can't accept pets here. We hope you understand! 8. Bed and bath linens: We provide fresh bed and bath linens. But if you have that special pillow or blanket that you love, feel free to bring! 9. Courtesy Items: We leave a few things to facilitate your arrival, such as coffee, sugar, oil, toilet paper and liquid soap. Just remembering that these items are not replenished, okay? 11. Booking change: We do not make changes to the dates of the reservation, this policy helps us maintain economic stay value, the organization and the quality of service to all our guests. We only make date change when you want to increase your stay some day depending on availability. 12. Here at our accommodation, babies up to 2 years old are very welcome and do not pay for the stay — it is a courtesy of ours! We 😀 just want to let you know that we don't provide a crib or extra mattress for the little ones, so we recommend that you bring the items you usually use to ensure the comfort of the family.
