Embrace simplicity, peaceful and centrally-located place. A super comfortable and equipped open concept apartment, with a very well-kept and renovated interior in the historic center. Space worked with great zeal to be able to welcome you in the best way. A special getaway so you can recharge after a day of sightseeing or simply and to rest over the weekend, with a pleasant mountain climate. The space We are located right in the historic center of the city, in a neighborhood full of the culture and history of our people. You can experience one of the best places to visit the city, and if you prefer it can be done on foot, experiencing every nook and cranny. A large and renovated cozy apartment, very well ventilated, illuminated and equipped. Its façade is in the Baroque style, with a handmade window, where you can have a coffee in the late afternoon while enjoying the view, and even on colder days, admire the mist with the typical air of the city. A spacious apartment of around 40m2, with a bedroom, kitchen and living room in the same loft-style environment. We have a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, a space with a table and chairs, which can serve as a support for work, an entrance space, a place to store your bags, a rack to organize your belongings, and a comfortable bed facing the TV with access to Netflix. The separate bathroom has a very nice shower, as well as a sink with a granite countertop for support. Guest access We are in the Antônio Dias Neighborhood, in a region rich in culture, a few steps from Casa do Aleijadinho, the Church of Conceição and the attached Aleijadinho museum, as well as some underground mines and the Marília de Dirceu square. Nearby we have a market, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, mini supermarkets and other types of services. We are just 500 meters from Tiradentes Square, the heart of Ouro Preto. We remind you that Ouro Preto is a city nestled in the mountains, famous for its hillsides with soapstone, so we advise you to bring sneakers so that you can walk comfortably and safely. We have parking available that is not connected to the house, 25 meters from the house, a garage space with a wall and a gate with a lock, easy to access. Other things to note We want you to feel at ease and make the most of your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and to serve you promptly, we ask that all conversations be conducted within the platform. So, our team will respond as soon as possible. 1. Check-in and Check-out: Our check-in starts at 3 p.m. If you want to arrive a little earlier, we can check availability, but there is a small fee, okay? Check-out is by 11 a.m., and if you want to sleep a little longer, just arrange with us the possibility of a late check-out (subject to a fee as well). 2. Luggage Storage: We don't have space to store luggage. 3. Organization and Cleaning: We ask that before you leave, please clean the house, wash the dishes and leave everything in order. Let's take care of this little corner as if it were our home, okay? 4. Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone can rest well, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. A quiet environment is always more pleasant, right? 5. Visits: We love having you, but unfortunately we do not allow extra visits during your stay. The house is for registered guests only. 6. Number of Guests: Please make sure the number of guests is correct on the reservation. If we have more people than agreed, there will be an additional fee and fine. If this occurs, the house is exempt from providing bed and bath linens. 7. Pets: We know that pets are part of the family, but we can't accept pets here. We hope you understand! 8. Bed and Bath Linens: We provide fresh bed and bath linens. But if you have that special pillow or blanket you love, feel free to bring it! 9. Complimentary Items: We leave a few things to make your arrival easier, such as coffee, sugar, oil, toilet paper, and liquid soap. Just remember that these items are not replenished, okay? 11. Reservation change: We do not change the dates of the reservations, this policy helps us maintain the value of an economical stay, the organization and the quality of service for all our guests. We only change the date when you want to add a day to your stay, depending on availability. 12. Here at our lodging, babies up to 2 years old are very welcome and do not pay for the stay — it's our courtesy! 😀 We just inform you that we do not provide an extra crib or mattress for the little ones, so we recommend that you bring the items you usually use to ensure the comfort of the family.
