The accommodation has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a terrace and a kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. FREE WIFI (Very high speed) The space Our accommodation has been completely renovated in the hyper-center of Cognac. Located on the 2nd floor, we just have to put your bags and enjoy your stay! In the kitchen area, you will find all the necessary utensils such as a microwave, a fridge, a hob, gratin dishes, pots or pans. A hydroalcoholic gel is also available. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, an electric towel dryer and towels. For more flexibility on arrival, we have installed a secure key box to arrive autonomously. Guest access When you arrive at the front door, simply type the code, previously sent, in the box "THE FERRY". The building door unlocks with the bottom lock. Your accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. Remember to scramble the code with each use. However, we understand that some travellers may be smokers. If you wish to smoke, we ask you to do so only on the outdoor terrace. Please use the appropriate ashtray to extinguish cigarette butts responsibly. ✦ Do the dishes and store: We kindly ask you to do the dishes correctly after each use and store it carefully. This will keep the kitchen clean and ensure a pleasant experience for subsequent travelers. ✦ Take care of the equipment and the apartment: We have devoted time and effort to renovate and arrange our accommodation carefully. Please take care of the equipment and furniture during your stay so that future travelers can also enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained space. ✦ Waste management: Please respect the environment by taking your garbage bags and glass to the level of the underground containers located in the parking place of the priory, just 40 meters from the accommodation.
