This house is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Fayetteville, close to everything. In this unbeatable area, you will be close to several all-season activities including hiking, biking, fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, zip-lining just to name a few. Nearby are also a variety of local restaurants and shopping. Summersville Lake is located a short 20-minute drive and is perfect for a fun-filled family day. This house is also a short 25-minute drive to Wonderland Waterpark at Ace Adventure Resort. The waterpark is one of the largest on the east coast. * Must be 25 years old to rent.* This property is in a rural location surrounded by nature, and there are bugs outside, and occasionally inside. Nothing scary, just an occasional moth or spider. IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
