Our Studio44 is a mix of modern furniture and cosy atmosphere. You'll book the entire apartment; it's situated in a great location just off the famous "Stephansdom" surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The apartment is the perfect base to discover the city by foot and gives you enough privacy to relax after a long day. The apartment is fully equipped and consists of a kitchen (with microwave/oven); bathroom (shower) and an one bedroom with a king size bed. The space The apartment is fully equipped including kitchen (microwave/ofen combination and dishwasher), bathroom (rain shower) and a Queens-Size bed. The Superior category can also be equipped with an extra bed. It measures 195x70 cm. The building has an elevator. Guest access You receive all important check-in information one day prior to arrival including your personal door code. All apartment doors have a key pad for an easy access. If you wish to drop off your luggage or have an early check-in please contact us on day of arrival and I can check the vacancy of your apartment. I can not guarantee this in advance. Late Check-out is not possible. Other things to note Please note that there is more than one apartment of this category in the same building that vary in bed colour and floor. The inventory is identical. Please consider that I can not take personal preferences into consideration.
