The space Notice: We would like to inform our guests that our apartment and the common areas are frequently cleaned and disinfected by a specialized cleaning service prior to every check in, following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We also provide you with a starter kit which includes , disposable gloves and masks , hand sanitizer and a first aid package. Our stylish residence includes two airy and bright bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) accompanied by two spacious. Both bedrooms have quality mattresses with hotel grade linen, towels and spacious closets in order to store your personal belongings. We also offer to our guests a warm and charming living room where they can rest their legs after a long day of skiing. Additionally, there is an open space kitchen and a wooden dining table in order to prepare and enjoy a festive meal or a Christmas breakfast. The apartment is ideal for friends, families or anyone who loves winter sports Our accommodation space has an excellent central heating system that will keep every traveler warm and cosy during the cold snowy nights of Bansko. Furthermore , our property is located on the 5th floor and consists of spacious balconies that enable excellent view to the stunningly beautiful Pirin Mountains . Last but not least, continuous WiFi access and a free parking space on premises (underground) are also provided . Guest access I am at my guests' disposal in order to answer all the inquiries they may have. Since I live in Athens, my assistant Adam will help you with your check in but I will be 24/7 available for anything you may need. During your stay our house is at your disposal. We are ready to provide you the best possible service. Other things to note - As of October 2018 our country's law requires that we register every guest with a passport number or an EU ID number. After this date, by making a booking in our property, you agree to share this information with us. It will only be used for the purpose of your stay’s registration according to tax authorities. - Our guests have access in the whole property as described above. - A baby crib can also be provided upon request. -Kind reminder the apartment is located on the 5th floor and on the basement of th ebuilding there is a small disco that sometimes hosts live bands so you might hear some music sometimes.
