Welcome to Broadhurst Court, stylish apartments in a central Stockport location. This lovely loft style, boutique apartment is one of 5 individually designed units on this small development & is close to the town, hospital & train station. Manchester is really close by train too! This 1 bedroom apartment sleeps, 4 people. There's a comfortable corner sofa bed in the lounge, & twin beds on a mezzanine floor. Includes a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher& washer), unlimited WIFI & TV The space This is a lovely light, bright and airy space due to the vaulted full height ceiling - the apartment is loft style with a mezzanine. Stylishly decorated too ! The glass front door leads into the kitchen/dining area, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher and washing machine in addition to a full-size fridge freezer. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Through the kitchen, you'll find the well appointed lounge/sitting room. This is a cosy 'snug' and in a more private position. With comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV, it's a lovely spot for you to relax and unwind with family and friends. The big squashy corner sofa also hides a pull out sofa bed. The mezzanine stairs lead to the open plan bedroom with 2 single beds. **We do at this point have to point out the mezzanine steps are not a traditional full-size staircase but 'space saver stairs'. ** These are steeper than usual stairs but much easier and safer to use than a ladder - please see our photos for more details. We do suspect the stairs are likely to be an attraction for any budding Spiderman so we recommend this apartment only for children over 12. Distances to nearby places: STOCKPORT TRAIN STATION 0.8 miles if driving, 0.6 miles by foot - around a 10 minute walk. Regular buses. STEPPING HILL HOSPITAL just 1.9 miles on bus or driving, 1.6 miles if walking. There is a regular bus service, every 5 minutes during a weekday MANCHESTER Trains run regularly from Stockport station (5-minute intervals during a weekday) and reach the city in 10 minutes. MANCHESTER AIRPORT Buses run regularly to the airport, which is 7 miles away. By road, you can reach the airport within 13 minutes outside of rush hour. M60 MOTORWAY The apartments are conveniently located close to junction 1 and junction 27 of the M60, just a few minutes drive to access this orbital motorway. Great Value! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment and there is space in the car park for a vehicle. Other things to note This apartment is suitable for children over 12 because of the mezzanine. The lofty aspect leads to a bright and airy space. If you are using the twin beds on the mezzanine and prefer dark mornings, we would recommend bringing a sleep mask. The lounge area has a privacy curtain to separate this from the kitchen /diner when someone is using the sofa bed. A copy of our terms and conditions must be signed before check-in. Guests will also be requested to provide Official Government ID. No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am. The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests Note: This property has a noise detection device installed to monitor the noise level. If excessive noise is detected, it may result to termination of the booking without a refund.
