The space This home is a family home. Bought and built by our Father with the help of his sons in the 70s. He was the patriarch of 5 sons and 12 grandchildren. The home has remained in our family as a fun getaway property. We have decided to share its charm with others and after a few updates and modifications it is ready to go. The house has very open floor plan. The front entrance has a few steps. Upon entry you arrive in the dining room and kitchen with the first living room on the right. Original exposed brick and Teepee fire place, adds a slight rustic feel to the otherwise beachy vibe. Breakfast bar can be sat at along with a dining room table. The bedrooms are all very nice size with new comfortable mattresses. The gem of the home is the screened in porch with an intimate jacuzzi sized pool. The garage has laundry facilities for your convenience. Guest access Please note* All guests must provide current government ID’s when booking. No redacted ID’s* Guest will have access to the entire house, as well as the laundry room in the garage. There are 5 steps on front porch and 3 steps out the back. The screened in pool can be used at your leisure. The yard is huge but not fenced in but hedges separate the other homes. Feel free to enjoy some yard games. The fireplace is not available for use for safety purposes. Other things to note Upon arrival please park in the driveway or in front of the house. Do not park or drive on the right side of the house. The water in the house does get very hot so be careful.
