There is a designated smoking area outside in the compound. • Pets are not allowed. • There is a functional electric fence around the perimeter of the Apartment. • There are CCTV Cameras covering the outdoor spaces of the facility. .Guests are required to send a screenshot of their ID and the names of all sleepover guests prior to check in. .In case of power outage, there is an inverter and a standby generator. On occasions of long power outages , a schedule of generator use will be sent to guests.
