Book now and turn your stay into an unforgettable! The space Our house is private, located on the edge of a valley and with a view that enchants everyone. Garden with lots of greenery, fruit trees and perfect integration with nature. However, it is in a safe place, next to condominiums and approximately 2 km from the furniture center, several restaurants and services. The balcony: - Very large, with a full view of the valley and screened providing safety for children and pets. - It has a huge marble table; - Another wooden table in a more reserved place that can be used for quieter activities such as work or study. - Hammocks for resting and contemplating nature. The Living Room: Simple and cozy, with 43" Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Charming decor. Open-plan and well-equipped kitchen. (5-burner stove, refrigerator, blender, mixer, fondue pot...) Bedrooms: - 2 social rooms overlooking the valley (one with air-conditioning and the other with a ceiling fan); - 1 suite with air-conditioning; Delicately set for the comfort and well-being of our guests. 1 Social bathroom and another in the suite (both with electric shower). Parking: - Space for 2 cars on a higher level, access to the house via stairs (not recommended for people with mobility issues). The look, energy, climate, privacy of the place are amazing. This provides our guests with unforgettable moments. All descriptions can be verified through our photos. Other things to note - Private house, not part of a condominium. - We can recommend a housekeeper and cook, if needed. - House on the edge of a valley, has 3 levels: 1.
