Brohar Annexe is a self contained flat situated next to the owner’s house. It has beautiful views over the Loch Ness (Fairways) golf course, the city of Inverness and beyond to Ben Wyvis. Situated just 1 mile from Raigmore Hospital, within a 5 minute walk of Fairways restaurant and the award winning ‘Scottish Baker of the Year’ Harry Gow’s bakery (meaning fresh bread and cakes on your doorstep!), close to Tesco Inshes and Asda. Self catering apartment with starter pack included. The space Brohar Annexe has 1 kingsize bedroom, a kingsize corner sofa bed in the open plan living room/kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, and a shower room with basin and toilet. A travel cot and high chair is also available. The flat has TVs in the living room and bedroom, a DVD player, WiFi, a selection of books, some board games and a wall safe should you want to secure any belongings. The owners can provide a secure area for storing bikes if required. Smoking outside the flat only, thank you. Well behaved pets (maximum of 2) are welcome. Additional cleaning fee of £10 per pet, payable directly to the host on arrival. Please note, the flat is located up a flight of stairs as it is located above the detached double garage - of course this means the views are even more special. Other things to note The prices quoted are based on 2 people sharing a bed. If 2 people are staying but separate beds are required (ie. one person uses the kingsize bed and the other person uses the sofa bed) then a small fee of £15 is payable on arrival.
