My apartment (45 sqm) is in the middle of the city and the sights are within walking distance. I provide two bikes in order to explore the city easily. The apartment is in a quiet street of the so-called Broadway area with the offer of the dozens of pubs and restauransts with international cuisine. I can assure you that it is impossible to be bored here. I also provide you FREE garage parking space in a parking house 20 metres from the apartment. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a typical Budapest house which is 150-year-old and beautifully renovated and equipped with lift. In the apartment there is a spacious living room, a bedroom with king-size double bed, a bright bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the door we have a terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful starry night of Budapest with a glass of champagne or have your morning coffee here. In the wardrobe of the hall you can find all the necessary equipment for cycling (helmets, pump, etc). Guest access The whole apartment is for your private use and you can use the bikes belonging only to this apartment for free. We provide you free parking space in a garage 20 metres from the building. Other things to note I will have guest data request as I'm renting the apartment legally I will need to ask for identification information required by law. Registration request will be sent to you which will ask for teh following datas: - name -date of birth - location of birth - nationality - passport/ID number - billing address and post code If the registration is not finalized 12h before arrival, the host must refuse the accommodation and teh booking will cancelled on the guest's behalf.
