Has a prime location a few steps away from two of Tampa's treasures, Hyde Park Village and Bayshore Blvd. This second floor unit is bright and airy w/ Key West vibes and a charming balcony. Beautiful plank (LVP) floors throughout, a cute kitchen w/ some old-time feelings and modern updates. Small eat-in kitchen and a living area has room for everyone w/ smart-tv. The space Notes: The washer/dryer is a relatively new LG all-in-one unit, with 8 settings, one of which washes, then dries without removing clothes. The coffee maker works with Keurig (k-cups) The smart TV is logged into Netflix, but will require your own subscriptions to other services or TV. Parking is in front of the main house about 30 steps from the apartment.
