SM32 Pacinotti is a delightful frescoed apartment located in the center of Pisa, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a lovely garden. The space The apartment is located in a prestigious building in the historic center and is an engaging mix of antiquity, with its suggestive frescoed ceilings, and modernity as it has been completely renovated recently. Pets are welcome (as long as they are well-behaved). The apartment consists of an entrance in the hallway that leads to the living room with a kitchen complete with all appliances (fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle) and sofa bed, a large double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. There are two smart TVs in the house (access to Netflix included). The apartment comes with a lovely private garden. The location, garden, amenities and comforts of the house make it suitable for both short-term and longer stays. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. The apartment is not shared with other guests. Other things to note The street is a limited traffic zone. It is not possible to transit or park along the street unless you have a specific permit (which can be requested for a fee through the Pisamo website). The nearest paid parking lot is 200 meters from the apartment (Piazza Carrara). The nearest free parking is about a 10-15 minute walk (Via Piave).
