The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and kitchen utensils. A parking space is available on the fenced property. The city of Barth is a state-recognized recreational resort and charges its guests a spa tax. The daily rate for the visitor's tax is €2.50 for a full-paying guest all year round. According to the judgment of the Greifswald Higher Administrative Court, the day of arrival and departure are to be calculated as two days for the spa tax.
