The Merlot building offers you the perfect accommodation for your whole family with no need to pay for more. The space Each room has a double bed, closets, and cable TV. The master suite has a en-suite bathroom. Auxiliary rooms share a bathroom with shower. Guests staying in the master suite or who purchase a full reservation are entitled to a parking space in the building. In the common area you can have a modern washing machine, a fridge with all the necessary items such as earthenware, silverware, coffee maker, blender, and stove. If you need to work, you can use our coworking area, which has a comfortable surface where you can connect multiple devices. Wifi Included. The accommodation includes a "travel guide". In the guide you can find directions to everything you need in the city (banks, restaurants, services, etc.). Our facilities are periodically sanitized following the instructions of the World Health Organization's Interest Guidebooks. We only use "EPA Certified" disinfectants applied by electrostatic spray, which ensures the highest level of organic risk prevention. We are not one more apartment for rent. If you stay in the master bedroom or subscribe to an entire place you will have the right to a parking space. You will be shared with a remote control to access the basement. You'll also be shared with an instruction guide where you'll have our contact number and how to locate the listing from different points in the city.
