Retreat near Saratoga Springs

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time. The space Newly furnished in August of 2020 with a brand new kitchen, living room, bedroom, and furniture. The apartment is approximately 15 min to downtown Saratoga Springs and 35 minutes to Lake George. Recent addition of outdoor patio, complete with fire pit, table, chairs and a patio sofa, for spring, summer and fall use. The road is very quiet and ideal for rest and privacy, as well as active with runners, walkers and cyclists. Located just south of the Adirondack park so there are many hiking, skiing/snowboarding, and kayaking opportunities nearby. Guest access Access through garage key pad. You may park outside or pull into the garage. Other things to note New outdoor patio, complete with wood fire pit, table, chairs and patio sofa, for spring, summer and fall use.
