There 2 ensuite master bedrooms with walk-in closets, an open-concept living room, a dining area, an outdoor bar, and the amazing heated pool also has full waterfront views. The home is nestled in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood that is waterfront with ocean access. Lux design! Pool or spa heating is available The space With over 2500 square feet, there are 2 waterfront master suites with walk-in closets. The larger master suite also features its own private media sitting area. The outdoor poolside bar and grill have their own exterior bathroom and there is even an outdoor shower. There is a screened-in outdoor patio with a bar, and outdoor furniture for lounging and dining, There is a separate laundry room and laptop-friendly workspace with a desk and chair. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Other things to note Great location! The closest beaches are Lauderdale By The Sea and Pompano Beach & Pier which has a wonderful new walking strip with restaurants, shopping, play areas, grilling stations, and gorgeous views. The lighthouse is spectacular with great reef snorkeling just off of the beach. We are also close to golf and jet ski/ boat rentals. Some of our favorite restaurants are Oceanic, Cafe Maxx, Sea Watch, Taco Craft, and Houstons. There are so many more!
