It is in this pretty quiet street lined with linden trees and on the ground floor of our house that we offer you a brand new 40 m2 gîte made with love in a contemporary style. The entrance to the cottage, which is independent, is at the back of the house. We are an 8-minute walk from the cathedral, so from the center and close to many tourist towns such as: - Gérardmer and its ski slopes 30 minutes away. - Colmar and the wine route, 50 minutes away. - Nancy, 60 minutes away. - Strasbourg, 80 minutes away. The space The 40 m2 cottage consists of an independent entrance, a 22 m2 living room with equipped kitchen (integrated oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, Senseo, no dishwasher), a sofa bed (115 x 190), a 100 cm flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower 140 x 80, a vanity unit, a bathroom cabinet, hairdryer, a Sanibroyeur toilet. You will have the wooded garden with barbecue, garden table and chairs, deckchairs by the pool. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels and dish towels are provided. Guest access There is a washing machine and dryer for €3 per machine (laundry included)
