La Casa de Marite Apart, a place to enjoy

We are located a few blocks from the Shopping Center, all on asphalt with parking, it has all the amenities. It includes Wi-Fi and a 32" LCD cable TV. A safe in the room. Equipped with dishes, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a kitchen with an oven, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, clothesline, sheets, towels, and bath towels. No daily housekeeping service. Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM without exception. Welcome! The space You will find tea, coffee, yerba mate, sugar/sweetener, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and spices. Our space has Municipal and Provincial authorization. I'll welcome you upon arrival and give you the keys. Other things to note 1) Do not eat on the beds. 2) Do not leave wet towels or bath towels on the beds 3) No smoking on the property. 4) People who have not been declared in the reservation are not allowed to enter. 5) Strictly observe the check-out time. 6) Take care of the integrity of the house and everything in it. 7) When you book, you agree to the cancellation policy 8) Roasting or frying is not allowed Things you should also consider include: Security deposit: if you damage the home, there is an inventory with the respective values.
