Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August • Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights • Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat) SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK • 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule • Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday • Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out) OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May) • 2-night stays allowed on two night stays are allowed during off-peak • ​​​​​​​Friday and Saturday must be booked together • Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS Memorial Day and Labor Day stays must be at least 3 nights and must include Friday and Saturday No check-in or check-out on the following holidays: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day We decorate for Christmas with full-size Christmas trees & decor starting by the second weekend of November!
