The space The house offers an open floorplan on the first floor with a large fully stocked kitchen and living room with several inviting seating areas along with a half bath. Upstairs offers 5 bedrooms (3 queens and 2 bunk bed rooms) and 2 full upstairs baths. A back porch has a foosball table and darts and offers a view of the yard, wood pellet grill, fire-pit and game barn/shed, while a windowed 1st floor game room can also be utilized as a 6th bedroom with a convertible queen sofa. The outdoor space offers guests a chance to connect to nature and get busy playing or get busy relaxing. We recommend playing. The converted barn/shed features a full ping pong table, darts and sitting area, while also offering a host of yard games; Full size volleyball court, badminton, cornhole, bocce ball, horshoe pit, lawn bowling, kickball, soccer, wiffleball, practice golf, and more. Guest access The Fox's Den is a freestanding 5 bedroom house completely private for guests. There is a house next door that is also part of the property but they do not have access to the Fox's Den, driveway or outdoor spaces. There are several locked cabinets and doors in the house, but all bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces are available to guests. The converted barn/shed is also available exclusively for guest use while there is a locked section portion unable to be accessed. The driveway is also exclusive for guests use and can easily fit 3 cars. If you will require more than 3 vehicles this will not be a problem, but please make prior arrangements regarding where to park.
