This apartment is only a few steps away from everything! Come relax in this beautiful 1-bedroom with your feet in the water of the Lake Annecy. You will appreciate its immediate proximity to the pedestrian downtown (it's just across the street!), the lake, the beaches and Annecy's outdoor swimming pool for children at the end of the block. A garage is at your disposal to leave the car during your stay. Guest access The apartment is located in a new and quiet residence a stone's throw from the lake, the beaches and the old town. The “tresum” and “piscine marquisats” bus stops are 2 minutes walk from the residence, so you can visit the city independently. A covered parking space under the residence is included. Other things to note We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival ;) You will also find a small welcome pack with something to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper... for a smooth arrival. Our animal friends are not accepted in this apartment. COVID-19: In order not to put anyone at unnecessary risk, arrivals and departures will be managed with a key box for the moment.
