Everything is done to ensure that you spend an unforgettable weekend less than 1h15 from Lyon (10 mn from the SNCF train station in Montbrison, and 15 mn from the one in Montrond-les-Bains). The villa is more than 350 m² on a 135 hectare estate in the countryside. (Please contact us if you must be more than 30 people during the day or evening (ex: reception, wedding, etc.). This villa is composed of an outdoor heated swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September, a jacuzzi for 6 peoples, a sauna for 12 peoples ,a professional petanque court , a table tennis table, a games room, a table football, a poker table, petanque balls, a molkky, a 5 vs 5 football field, a TV, wifi, a professional speaker. Wellness spa: you will have at your disposal a 6-seat Jacuzzi and a 12-seat sauna . The swimming pool will not be heated but will remain accessible from October to April to take cold baths and mix with the wellness equipment. It is located in the countryside and is very isolated. This way, it is possible to have dinner and listen to music inside and outside without disturbing anyone. In addition, there is two beautiful planchas for outdoor cooking and a nice heated swimming pool for beautiful summer evenings. You will find 3 outdoor terraces that can accommodate 30 people each. We have a professional beer tapping machine at your disposal and can provide you with barrels of craft beers, just order them in advance. It also has a bread oven where you can organize beautiful homemade pizza evenings! In this houses, you will find 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 dormitory for 9 people with 3 single beds and 3 bunk beds, 1 dormitory for 8 people with 4 bunk beds. We provide 2 high chairs and 2 folding beds for babies. Upstairs: there is a bedroom for 2 people with a bathroom (Italian shower and bath) as well as a small lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people, a corner to watch TV and play board games, a work desk. The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a poker room and a large 80 m2 room that includes a lounge and dining room, to organize large meals and to be able to dance with the sound of a 2*400 watts sound system. In addition, it has a beautiful fireplace, a huge sauna. Outside, you will find two terraces with several garden tables and chairs that can accommodate 30 people. Not only that, they also include a plancha, a heated swimming pool and a big jacuzzi, and a 150 m² covered space under the arches for outside dining or evenings outdoors with the sound of a Bose sound system already installed under the arches. Under the covered space you can have table and bench and a plancha and a fridge. There are different wall enclosures for the safety of the pool and children or your pets. The villa offers other activities such as playing table football, petanque balls, molkky, table tennis, football, or relaxing in summer lounges.
