The estate is composed of two townhouses for a total of 350 m² on a territory of 135 hectares in the countryside. The entire place is privatized with each reservation. This villa is composed of an outdoor swimming pool heated and open from the beginning of May to the end of September, a 6-seater jacuzzi and a 12-seater sauna, 2 professional petanque courts, a ping pong table, a games room, a foosball table, a poker table, petanque balls, a molkky, a 5 vs 5 soccer field, a TV, Wi-Fi, 800 watt professional speaker. Wellness spa: you will have at your disposal a 6-seater jacuzzi and a 12-seater sauna. The pool will be unheated from October to April, but will remain accessible, to take cold baths and mix with wellness facilities. The house is located in the countryside and is very isolated. Thus, it is possible to dine and play music indoors and outdoors without disturbing anyone. In addition, there are 3 planchas for cooking outside as well as a nice heated swimming pool for beautiful summer evenings. You will find 3 outdoor terraces that can accommodate 30 people each. We provide you with a professional beer tap and can provide you with craft beer kegs. Just order them from us in advance. It also has a bread oven where you can organize beautiful homemade pizza evenings! We have the possibility to provide babysitters for families. In the houses, you will find a total of 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 dormitory for 9 people with 3 single beds and 3 bunk beds, 1 dormitory for 8 people consisting of 4 bunk beds. We provide 2 high chairs and 2 folding cots. Upstairs: there is a bedroom for 2 people with a bathroom (Italian shower and bathtub) as well as a small living room including 1 sofa bed for 2 people, a corner to watch TV and play board games, a work desk. The house also includes a fully equipped double kitchen, a poker room and a large room of 80 m2 which includes a living room and dining room, to organize large meals and to be able to dance with the sound of a 2*400 watt sound system. In addition, it has a beautiful fireplace. Outside you will find three terraces with garden tables and chairs that can accommodate 30 people each. That's not all, they also include two grills with gas cylinders provided, a heated pool, a hot tub and a 12-seat sauna, as well as a covered area under the arches of 150 m² to dine outside or have evenings outside with the sound of a Bose sound system already installed under the arches. The arches can also be equipped with benches and tables as well as a refrigerator and a plancha. For the safety of your children, the pool is secured in a closed enclosure, and the garden is also enclosed.
