Relaxing patio with pool and braai. The entire home is air conditioned, fully equipped and has all the necessary comforts & WiFi. Bedrooms - Main bedroom 1 King size bed with ensuite bathroom (shower and bath). - Bedroom 2 Queen size bed with separate bathroom (shower and bath). - Bedroom 3 Double size bed with ensuite bathroom (shower). - The second open plan lounge has a fold out double sleeper couch + second TV. Main lounge is spacious and comfortable with a fireplace and views of pool and golf course. Kitchen - Fully equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and milk. - Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and ice maker, filtered water cooler, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Patio - pool - Braai - Hammock - Bonfire Additional Information: - the garage is not available to guests - safe parking in driveway for 4 cars - estate vetting process will be followed after booking, copy of all adult guests IDs required - all estate rules apply (review code of conduct) - no events, visitors or pets allowed - perimeter secured by outdoor cameras - golf cart and daily cleaning available at extra cost Guest access Guests will have full private access to the home, garden and pool area, the garage is not available. Ample secure parking space available in the front driveway. Other things to note We offer daily cleaning service 9am to 2pm for an additional R300 per day on request prearranged and 4 seater golf cart hire at an additional R500 per day. Laundry service is also available to guests at an additional cost. Secure estate requires guest vetting. I will request list of guests, forms completed for guest vetting and all adult guest IDs or passports & birthdate for Estate access required at least 3 days before check in date.
