Sea view terrace apartment

Newly renovated apartment with breathtaking sea view over the Gulf of Naples located in Marina Grande of Capri It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a sofa ( NOT BED) . In case of 3 guests and additional single bed will be added. The apartment is located in a very quiet private alley which is 15 minutes walk from the port, 1 minute from the bus stop and the supermarket. Outside you can enjoy private terrace with a sofa and table for the exclusive use of the apartment. The space The house is in the same unit with another apartment. The only thing in common is the outside entrance. Inside, the two apartments are divided and not directly communicating. Both rooms enjoy sea views. The terrace is for the exclusive use of the house. Guest access The entrance to the gate is shared with another apartment, the entrance to the apartment is private. To reach the apartments there are stairs, about 40. Other things to note We ask our guests to read what they will find in the apartment and what services will be offered ( on request ) during their stay to avoid misunderstandings.
