The space This nice 2-room apartment, tastefully renovated, is composed of: - A living room with a 3-seat sofa bed, with a real comfortable mattress 14 cm thick (bed linen provided) Indirect RGB LED light is available in the living room. It's up to you to choose your mood by putting the color of your choice. - Fully equipped kitchenette: stove, oven, microwave, fridge. And everything you need to cook like at home: pots, pans, oven dishes, olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. For lovers of good coffee, a real Delonghi coffee/espresso machine is at your disposal (1 pod is offered per person) - Desk area with wall table and very comfortable office chair (the accommodation is equipped with fiber optics, with Wifi) - A bedroom with a large queen-size bed (160 x 200), a luggage rack and storage closets (bed linen provided) - A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, towel rail, hairdryer (towels & shower gel provided, laundry is also provided) - Separate restrooms Ideal for business or tourist stays. Other things to note - Breakfast: 1 pod of very good organic coffee is offered per person, organic green tea is also offered. - Linens are fully provided: bed linen, towels, tea towels and shower mats. - A complete welcome booklet will be at your disposal (in French and English) offering you very good local restaurants, the must-see places in Lyon to visit, and all the instructions on the apartment's amenities. - The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. ---Ecology--- We are very sensitive to the environmental cause, which is why when we set up this apartment we implemented many actions in this direction: - Electricity, hot water and heating come from a renewable energy contract. - The Delonghi coffee machine only produces biodegradable waste, in fact it is compatible with biodegradable ESE pods (1 pod is offered per person for the stay) and ground coffee. - The dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, hand soap and body & hair shower gel at your disposal were purchased in bulk in a zero-waste store in Lyon, in addition they all have an organic label and therefore do not contain chemicals. - The white and grey sponge for the dishes was bought in the same zero waste store, it was handmade and is washable, therefore reusable. - Toilet paper also comes from this store, it is bought in bulk, without plastic packaging. In addition, it is made from recycled paper recovered from factories in Lyon. - We have made sure that the management of the apartment is as healthy as possible for both the environment and your health while minimizing the waste produced.
