A villa that feels like home the moment you step in, Autumn makes for a comfortable getaway spot. Its interiors are tidy, and outdoors, greenery abounds. There's a pool for you to enjoy a splash in, thus setting the vacation mood just right. The comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere may have you snoozing longer than usual, although hanging out with the group in the living room or up on the terrace hold a promise of fun that is sure to lure you out! The space If yours is a bigger group, the adjacent villa, Spring, can be booked too, to accommodate up to twice as many guests. Let me walk you through the villa: SPACE: BEDROOMS: - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.  - ACs are offered in all the rooms.  - One of the rooms on the first floor has an attached balcony. - Two bedrooms have double beds whereas one bedroom has 2 single beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.   BATHROOMS:  - There are 3 bathrooms - One on the ground floor, one the first floor and another one by the poolside.  - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 10 people.  - It offers a TV, WiFi .  - There is a lawn and a swimming pool. - The pool is 17.6 x 7 in size is 3.3ft and 10 inches deep. - Events can be organised in the lawn at an additional cost, on prior notice.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, crockery and cutlery.  FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - GST will be applicable on all the food rates. - The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa. - The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day). - Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed. - Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. COMMON AMENITIES:  - Hair-dryer, wardrobes - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for 2 cars is available, along with an additional parking spot on the street Additional Amenities: - Hair dryer is available. - Guests may use the wardrobes. - A medical kit is available at the villa. - Mosquito repellent can be provided.. - Secured parking space for 3 cars is available, along with an additional parking spot on the street - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1.5 hours can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Outside food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 1 hour so as to be used throughout the day. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
