Welcome to Liftsvängen 14! The accommodation has a balcony with lovely sun exposure and views towards Borgahällan. The accommodation is very close to the ski slope, the shop, ski trails and snowmobile trails. In the middle of the village on the Avasjö side. 300 meters to the nearest restaurant. Own sledding hill outside the house with BBQ. Bobsleds and sleds are available to borrow. It is about 200 meters to the hill system with children's lift, off-piste skiing, snowmobile trail. Close to hiking trails, mushrooms, berries, hunting and fishing. About 500 meters to Ica and gas station. The space If you're interested in renting more than one cottage, there are more to rent next to each other. Children or friends can play outside all day and then go in and sleep separately to be ready for new adventures the next day. The cottage was newly built in March 2019. There is an open floor plan between kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms, drying room for drying laundry and toilet with shower. There are 8 beds. In the larger bedroom, there are 2 bunk beds 90x200 and in the smaller bedroom, there is a double bed that is 160x200. Bed linens and towels are not included, but are brought by the guest. In one of the bedrooms, there is a mountain map of the area in Borgafjäll to help you find your way around. In the townhouse, there are most kitchen accessories that you might need. Fridge and freezer, stove with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric whisk, blender, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, 2 thermoses, soda streamer (bring gas tube to be sure there is gas), lemon press, ice machine, small Bluetooth speaker and more. The kitchen table accommodates 6-8 chairs (inserts are available), as well as extra chairs and two high chairs for the little ones. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa to settle down in after a full day out. Digital TV is available with Chromecast and WiFi connection Toilet, shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Guests bring their own hygiene items. For small children, there are 2 highchairs and a changing pad as well as a travel bed and some toys/books. In addition to this, there are two snowracers and a Pulka to play with outside. In the hall, there is a hat and shoe shelf and a built-in wardrobe where you can hang clothes. On the outside at the entrance, there is a laundry room/drying room, with a combined washing machine/dryer if needed. In addition to speed up drying times, there are also two shoe dryers and an air dehumidifier. In addition to this, in the small storage room on the bridge, there are two smaller backpacks, 4 seat pads, 2 berry pickers, 6 fishing rods, a scoop to remove water from the hole, a 20-liter gasoline can and 3 ice fishing skins to use out on the ice or on the mountain. At the sun deck outside, there is a dining table with benches, 4 sun loungers and a charcoal grill for use, as well as 6 tanned reindeer skins to use on the terrace. Parking is in front of the townhouse, there is parking for both snowmobiles and cars. Trailers and guests park at the intersection at the beginning of the lift swing where parking spaces are available. There is no power outlet at that parking space. Other things to note House Rules Check-in from 3 pm Check-out at 12:00 pm if you clean up after yourself Check-out at 11 am if you buy cleaning At 11 pm, it should be quiet in the accommodation, otherwise eviction can be done by the landlord or representatives on site if complaints arise, so you may move out of the accommodation without reimbursement of the accommodation amount. Park your car at the entrance in front of the storage room in normal cases. When it snows, park the car at the parking lot before the lift road at the parking lot if you want to have the snow shoveled, so the tractor can get there. Trailers are also left in the parking lot before the "liftsvängenhusen" when they are not in use to reduce the pressure on the parking lot and accessibility and so that the tractor can shovel properly. The apartment is non-smoking. If, if it is suspected that there has been smoking indoors, the guest will be charged for a smoke decontamination of the accommodation. Pick up the cigarette butts after you smoke outdoors as there are small children in the homes. If you leave the cottage uncleaned when you have taken it upon yourself to clean it yourself, you will be invoiced an extra SEK 3,500 for leaving the cottage uncleaned. (This must not happen when you have taken it upon yourself to do so) Final cleaning is done by yourself. However, it is possible to book final cleaning at the same time as you book the accommodation, there will then be an additional SEK 1,500 on the booking fee. Information about what is included in the final cleaning will be posted inside the wardrobe door in the cleaning cabinet. Also available below to consider: Final cleaning - for everyone's comfort: * Vacuum all floor surfaces *Wipe all floor surfaces *Wipe all table surfaces *Clean oven/stove and microwave *Wash the dishes and put everything in the cupboards and drawers *Replace dishcloth and dish brush if necessary *Clean the windows if there are visible stains * Fold the duvets and place them at the foot end and the pillow at the head end of each bed *Clean toilet, sink and shower *If anything runs out, such as toilet paper, dishcloths/dish brushes, vacuum bags, dishwashing detergent or other cleaning agents, the renter is welcome to contact us so we can replenish the stock. If something of greater value should break, an additional cost will be incurred by the tenant to repair the damage.
