Internet/WiFi via Globe Broad Band, Cignal Cable TV Channels, Smart TV, Fully-furnished: Life size mirror, King size bed, 2 folding mattresses, Dining table & 4 chairs, Electric kettle, Induction Cooker, Microwave oven, Oven toaster, Casserole Pot, Rice cooker, Frying Pan, Dressing cabinet, Air-condition, Clothes iron and stand, Game-board & Magazines, Refrigerator & Hot & cold shower. The space Avida requirement to all in-coming guests. 1. Valid ID or Passport Guest access Guests can access to Condo promenade playground & swimming pool. Swimming Pool schedule: Tuesday to Sunday 6 am-5 pm & 6.30 pm-10 pm. Fees of P100/guest. Close every Monday for maintenance. Other things to note Avida Atria Condominium, Tower 1 all guests shall comply with the following guidelines. 1. Guests should not be from high risk places of Covid-19. 2. Persons with fever or flu-like symptoms are not allowed to enter the property. We are asking for your cooperation and follow by these guidelines for the safety of everyone. Thank you! Avida Atria Tower 1 is strictly implementing new house rule that they do not accept or allow drop-off &/or leave any luggage's, personal items at the lobby or hallway. There is available place to drop-off or leave your luggage's in front of SM City, named Traveler's Lounge, Open 6am to 10pm.
